- Disc 1 Track 9 had 11 consecutive little dropouts (between 5:09 and 5:14), during the spoken intro to "Red Headed Woman", but these have been fixed. They're no more noticeable
- Disc 2 Track 11 has ten severe dropouts and glitches that cannot be fixed: one at 00:10, five between 00:49 and 00:57, three around 03:10, and one at 03:56. The last is during the applause after the song
- Disc 2 Track 12 had one little dropout (at 0:01), but it has been fixed. It's no more noticeable.
